On Tuesday the 25th of June, Race Party played host to a wonderful event to celebrate it's 3rd birthday. It was a great opportunity to not only recognise the 3 year achievement, but to also thank those who have been instrumental in it's development and success. It was a full party atmosphere as guests mingled over food and drinks, with plenty of highly competitive racing action going late into the night.
'Dancing Diana' Nguyen had everyone entertained as the event MC, and midway through the event the speeches took place. Many thanks to Dan Cotterill from The Entertainment Book for kindly donating a dinner for two door prize, as well as his kind words. Race Party director Noirin Mosley took to the microphone to highlight Race party's achievements, and to personally thank those who have helped along the way.
Once the speeches were completed it was back onto the tracks for the Disco Racing in the Monaco track room, while the UV lights were activated in the Albert Park track room for some UV Racing.
The evening also gave us the opportunity to reflect and celebrate some of the great achievements that Race Party has accomplished over the last three years. A few notable feats include:
Over 25,000 children's party guests visiting on approximately 2,000 parties
Hosting over 500 adult and corporate events
Working in conjunction with a number of charities to help raise funds and awareness for a wide range of causes. Charities include Very Special Kids, Friend In Me, Beyond Blue and The Family Peace Foundation. For the last two years Race party has held it's own event, Right On Track, to directly support these charities
Providing employment to 35+ employees. From students making their way through university, travellers enjoying a working stay in Melbourne to providing additional employment for performers as they work and develop their craft
